After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order number.

Include the title, recipient name, award details, and any design preferences you have in mind.
Attach reference images or styles you wish to emulate.
Our team will reach out if further details are needed or once your draft design is ready. Expect the first design within 7-14 business days.

You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions to finalize your design.
Final files will be delivered via email, print-ready for your convenience.
